Taking control of your drone

For you to have a nice time with your drone, I always advise to take out time to properly understand how the remote control for most quadcopters works. Just like your gaming console or your steering wheels, managing your control isn’t rocket science. However, you need to process a lot of info fast so as to get the best out of every flying section.

Details of the RealACC R10 Mini Drone

Like I said earlier, this drone would grant you the joys of flying your own quadcopter without breaking the bank!! It is designed in such a way that anyone would find it easy to fly.

Charge and battery

With a charge of about forty to sixty minutes, you are sure to be airborne for up to about eight minutes. This is enough to take you up to 40 meters. A 3.7V battery with a capacity of 300 mAH and dimension of 30mm by 19mm by 7mm is also included in your purchase. For the transmitters, you could get two AAA batteries and you are good to go. The quadcopter comes with a USB that would allow you charge your battery with your computer on the go.

Anti-interference and Durability

Never bother about interferences as the RealACC R10 Mini drone is fortified with 2.4GHz anti-interference technology. Because you have the headless mode, you may really not find the need to adjust your drone’s position prior to takeoff. It would still do just fine. The drone fuselage is constructed of very durable engineering plastic that’s both resistant, lightweight and sturdy. It can withstand a lot of abuse from you.

Controls

This one of a kind quadcopter has one key return which means it can easily find its way home. Alas, it literally never gets lost! The controls are elaborate and would make most of the moves obtainable in the high-end products. It comes with four LED light, two blue light under the front legs and two red LEDs under the back legs with another white LED in front. You quadcopter can tumble 3600 in four different directions. Without any glitches, you can fly left, right, forward, backward, ascend and descend by making use of your controls. You can’t flip while flying (that one downside of this quadcopter). You need to be hovering in one spot to flip the RealACC R10 Mini Drone. The transmitter also has a left and right shoulder button built into it.

Weight and Stability

The total weight of you drone is 29 grams (this includes the weight of the battery and the prop). The six gyros built into this design makes the stability of the drone easy to obtain and control much fun. Rightly put it, your little drone would not flip when you’re airborne. So for starters, you could try flying around trees outside so as to fully get a clear picture.

Before you make this yours

Even though you get a lot of smile by gaining control of this crowds favorite drone, I would definitely advise you take a closer glance at what’s in it for you before you commit your precious bucks. So without wasting further time, I’ll take you through a list of pros and cons to help you make properly informed purchase decisions.

Pros:

  • Lightweight and fast.
  • Stays airborne for a long time (about 7 minutes).
  • Has 360 degree flips.
  • Presence of LED lights.
  • Headless hold.

Cons:

  • Turns are twitchy and robotic.
  • The absence of prop tool.
  • Lacks altitude holds.
  • The yaw is far too much.

The bottom line on the RealACC R10 Mini Drone

Overall, if you are looking for an inexpensive quadcopter for yourself or your kids to have fun, then this is the one. It still offers most of the necessary features built into other highly priced designs so it can perform at its optimum. If you are new to flying drones, I would advise you start and master the art of flying with the RealACC R10 Mini Drone. The size and weight of this elegant drone would allow it to fit into your backpack as you travel for vacation. So, what do you think?

How do I fly a drone?

The throttle and yaw

If you want to change the direction in which your favorite drone moves, you can move the left control stick left or right. What you would simply notice is that your quadcopter is moving in the direction of your choice. Conversely, moving the same control stick up and down would either increase or decrease your quadcopter’s speed respectively. It couldn’t get any easier!! The throttle would also allow your drone to be in a stationary position in the air.

Pitch and roll

On the right-hand side of your controller, the control stick does the pitching and rolling. Moving this control stick left or right causes your drone to roll in the direction. You may need to check out for obstruction before trying this out. Also, when this stick is moved forward or backward, it causes your drone to pitch (either move forward or backward).
